Maps & Directions
This is Jeramy from In-Cabin Massage Service. As you know, GPS doesn’t always work in the Smoky Mountains. Please take a moment to help us serve you in a timely manner.

All you have to do is text a picture of your map, and the directions to your cabin to: 865-908-2530.  
Be sure to include your cabin’s name, address and phone number. Don’t forget to include your cell number in there as well!

We understand that this may only be available after check-in; so as soon as you have this information, pass it along to us. Thank you!

When to make my payment:    
Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your Smoky Mountain experience. Each guest or group may confirm their payments by cash or credit for their appointments between now and 3 days before the day of service. Paid reservations are guaranteed in the order in which they are received. 
We email an invoice with each booking. Payment by invoice ensures every booking is confirmed on the schedule. This is a convenience to guarantee your relaxation without interruption.   

CANCELLATION Policy for Guests, Groups and Holidays:
Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your vacation experience. If this reservation is during a holiday week, or if you are part of a group reservation, or you are within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment: All Sales are final and are non-refundable. All purchased non-service items and gift certificates are non-refundable. All missed appointments due to weather, acts of God, emergencies of any kind will automatically be transferred to a gift certificate that may be redeemed in the same calendar year. All cancellations are charged a $50.00 processing fee. Allow 10-15 business days for refunds to post to your account.

During winter months we recommend our guests purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance covers trip cancellation in case of inclement weather such as a snowstorm. A good resource for travel insurance is:

Female Request for Massage
We will note your account for your preference of female therapists. We cannot guarantee female therapists; however, although ALL calls are paired as male and female therapist teams, we will put a best effort to see if there is another female therapist available for your appointment at that time. Thank you for your co-operation.

What to Wear
We encourage our guests to simply dress down to their comfort level. Robes, swim wear, any garments are welcome. We suggest undressing to your comfort level to receive oils and lotions directly applied to the skin. The therapist will be out of the room while you get comfortable on the table and under the top sheet. When you are comfortable announce for the therapist to return back to the room.

You may undress completely; you are covered at all times with professional draping.
